Died Adar Bet Sivan 5697
 IN MEMORY OF
BERTHA LIEBROSS
Died May 11, 1937
A beloved and devoted mother

Bertha Wenkert Liebross, my great grandmother on my mother's mother's side of the family, is buried in Mount Lebanon Cemetery in Queens, New York (Workman's Circle block, Section J, Line 1, Grave 9) next to her husband Louis Liebross. I recorded the Liebross family graves in the cemetery in September 2008.

Breindl Liebross was born about 1867 to Israel Hersch (Tzvi) Wenkert and Reisel.[1] She lived in Radauti, Romania (then Radautz, Austrian Empire) before emigrating in 1898 with her eight children all 10 years old or younger.[2]
